Returns Due to Our Error: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs. The refund will include both the original shipping fee and the product price.

Returns Due to Customer Preference: If you decide to return an item for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or incorrect order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will cover only the product price and exclude the original shipping fee.

Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. This policy also applies to items labeled as 'used condition' on our website. If a product is returned due to flaws that were clearly disclosed, it will not be considered an error on our part.

Damages and Issues

Refunds

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
